I’m not sure it makes sense from a lore stand point. Kind of the same way that werehyenas don’t make sense as pets.
As with werehyenas, first men are too intelligent to be tamed like pets and too feral to be “persuaded” like a thrall.
Everything has a price perhaps they could be persuaded with fire or killing enough of em or a certain boss you can obtain one as pet as a sort of (respect/alpha) just like for example ladagara that gifts a frost giant or tcho tcho’s or the scorpion queen
Or they could see you as a demigod…
I want Werewolf, Vampire, & Witch pets. Let’s give the Witcher a show.
To be fair, Conan himself had a bit of a harem of Vampires, Witches, and at least one Vampire Witch who were stalkers, which are like a super followers.

First Men do have Jailors amongst them, so there is the implication that they comprehend slavery and this could be made into property people (or the Jailors, in their full plate armour, could be removed from their camps so we aren’t all left wondering what in the cluck is actually going on).

There are no discernable females amongst them.

If we can have tribal folks like Tcho-Tcho and more primitive primates like gorillas and yeti, i don’t see why not have some cave men as well!
I see your point i would think they would be same as thralls on a wheel of pain but perhaps for a more wider range they could add a special type of wheel of pain for bigger and more unique thralls/creatures it would be nice if they indeed added first women aswell then

Also a very awesome idea i stand by this conan needs to be recognized for its beauty in monster aswell and while they are there why not be obtainable to collect and spread fear!
Exactly! Because lets be real in the end you conquer the map because of your strength so why not have awesome thralls/pets to follow you through your dominion
