ALL of my thralls have disappeared after server restart on 9/01. What is going on?

Hello everyone, A quick update on the situation with lost Thralls that many of you have been experiencing. The regrettable error with the decay timer set to 1 day has been corrected and will be picked up with the next server restart. We are actively discussing the follow-up actions to rectify this as best as we possibly can. We will let you know as soon as we have an update on this matter. Thank you!
