Vulkan No Longer Stuns Shielded Cambrians upon shield hits.

Bug Description:

While using Vulkan initially, you could stun Shielded Cambrians without issue. Now however since the latest patch drop Vulkan no longer stuns Shield Cambrians upon shield hits

Steps to Reproduce:

Simply have Vulkan Equipped and find a shielded cambrian to fire upon.
