Was this intended to be implemented on the old map?

I was leveling my new thrall this morning and I found that it was levelling too fast compare to a few days ago. Then I see a video from a content creator about Siptah levelling saying the levelling is insane easy. So was this intended or a mistake of changing the levelling on the old map? I find this way too fast for my liking.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Well, I know it used to be faster to level say a beastmaster than a snowhunter. Not sure how it has changed since the new map. I haven’t thralled anyone yet. Hopefully I get around to that this weekend.
