Weapons disappearing on death siptah map

Bug Description:

I noticed my voidforge pike had disappeared from my corpses inventory when i went to collect my things. So i made another and it happened again. So two weapons gone, i tried in single player and same happens there with all voidforge weapons.

Bug Reproduction:

No steps just not in my body after death.

My son is getting this too.

MAP: Isle of Siptah

Easy mode is reverting to medium as far as dropping items on death in my game, and hard reverts to medium too. Out of curiousity have you tried testing to see if you still lose them on easy, if you can get the difficulty to take?

This is happening on PS5 as well, only voidforge weapons and it doesn’t matter is you go get your body or use sorcery.
