in the last video released by Funcom (January 08, 2022) these weird images appeared, does anyone know what they are?

It looks like a red wax seal with the letters C and E in it. Maybe it’s related to Conan Exiles?
Or maybe they got a European certificate (CE for Conformité Européenne) for the game.
It looks like blood flowing, something like spreading the CE (Conan Exiles) to other arias, other borders. are they planning to put elements in the games that are not directly from Conan, but new worlds or mechanics from other worlds.
What other sort of worlds? Are you talking the larger canon including the cthulhu mythos or something completely detached?
