we can have with a clan full (10 member) before the BAN ?

There is no limit but keep care of how your builds impact the server.

Reading the ToC and Land Claim Abuse posts are great ways to get informed.

There’s no building limit at all.
Instead there are building guidelines… you can get a ban with 10 building pieces too if you use them the wrong way. Basically every block you place has to make sense and have a real purpose.

Good luck. Big clans always seem to get hit very fast with the ban despite the build size or location. I suggest not lingering on one server too long.
