well I’m working in software engineering. Not in gaming direction, but i have to agree. IF there was some testing, then it was the worst testing of all times. It looks to me more, that they’ve choosen pretty specific users to test, or ignored all critics. I saw the interview of the developers and they said things like “no user is interested in spliting exact ammount of items, they want just have less ammount”. This tells me that the developer aswell as the user group never played more than 3 hours and highly likely just in admin mode. I mean find me one user and his explanation why he is interested halving his items with one klick.
Also the Screen settings were not tested, the item menue is not readble, i have tiny little buttons, that a) are pretty sure usless even if i could read them b) well, I can not read them.

For your argumentation, that testing have been done, but there was no time to integrate results in the development… sonds to me like “yes of course we build in the brakes in your car, but they don’t work”
