What kind of armor is this NPC wearing? I’d think it was a golem, but they have no human components that I know of. This was taken on an official PVE server (1735)

It is Battle Pass armor. Don’t know the name but I have it.
I have every battlepass purchased, and I can’t craft armor that looks like this.
