What shape are the servers in?

Are they any better or is it all still city states?

I would categorize most of the official pve servers that I ■■■■ around on, the 1500 and 1700 series, as overbuilt with performance issues and crashes during prime time. So not much difference.

For what it’s worth 1726 has been performing above average lately. Not that it’s great, just not garbage either.

I tend to make a new character on a new server when I listen to podcasts and such. Then delete the character at the end of the podcast. See how far along I can get on muscle memory basically. On 1726 a base decayed in front of me resulting in a berserker, some epic tools and weapons and a ton of mats at level 9. So I didn’t delete. The next day I found a shieldwright up and captured her and got another decayed base. The next day Dalinsia showed up at my tavern. So I’m still there for now. Probably not much longer though.

Aaaa he’s alive!

Servers still have features like

  • Crashing (most of the times caused by players)
  • Extreme lag in the evening
  • Overbuild in some area’s (but usually not just by one player)

Tried to play yesterday but shortly after I got on someone crashed the server again and then I quit.

So 1/3 of the reason I gave up on Conan is just as bad as ever.

1/3 was broken thralls, 1/3 broken quests.

Can’t really mention what I have been playing, but Ahoy!

Great demo for a very promising game.
