I am set to be transferred today at “13:00:00” I can only assume that this would be at 1:00pm. it is now 1:10 and I haven’t noticed anything new. Still on the same server (i think) Do I log on to the new server or do I keep logging on to the old?

Times listed on the server merge page (server MotD as well) are set to UTC time.
Currently, as of this post, it’s 19:30 PM, May 8th.
You’ll need to adjust that depending on which time-zone you’re in, UTC is +0.
