I’ve set up (I think) a dedicated server on my personal server PC on my network.
I’ll hopefully be playing on that in MP mode to get around some loading issues. (hopefully again).
I noticed where as the server initializes, it attempts to make a connection to Steam and I’m okay with that. It seems to make the connection somehow Anonimously / Public.
But my concern is this:
I have Steam installed on my gaming PC and of course I have a unique Steam ID and all that.
But, do I need to install Steam on my dedicated server machine?
If so, why?
