As has been stated, repeatedly, both in Discord and in the Forums, any dialogue between Funcom and the ToT Modder, is between them - the Modder themselves has stated as such.

Funcom allowed mods to be created and used for Conan Exiles, as well as the Devkit supporting that. Any issues therein are between Modders and Funcom.
I have mods on my servers that were created by Modders that have not played the game in over a year. I accept without any anger or recrimination that one day the Modder will move on from supporting their mods. I will then remove the mod and that’s that - and still be very thankful for whatever time I had with their mod.

Conan Exiles BattlePass and Bazaar are added extras that any player may make use of or not. Their choice. There are freebies in the BattlePass too, for those not interested in paying for it - same as with the ‘old’ DLC packs. I have all the old DLCs and one or two of the new build sets from the Bazaar - to the value of the old appreciated-cost of the old DLCs. Same with many of the other games I own. My choice. If Funcom removed my access to a paid-for DLC, it would be challenged.

I imagine Funcom’s mod support extends to ensuring that the Devkit and Testlive work and are available to Modders. If any mods interfere with the game, compromise the engine or hosts, breach some law or privacy of players, summon aliens to vanquish this planet, then I imagine FC retain the option within their agreements with the Modding Community to remove mods. For interest, I do know that the Stellaris game had to kill certain mods some years back for breaching T&Cs.

I am guessing that ToT-related Players can (patiently? pilitely?) await on feedback from the ToT Modder regarding their mod and whether whatever caused their mod being removed is/has been resolved.
