Again, this means just the DevKit. As far as I know, they have not threatened to remove that, or modding in general. You’re free to make your own mod that does everything Tot does, except the part for which it was banned, and which we will hopefully learn once the whole issue is resolved - between the parties involved, which does not include the general public.

But providing the DevKit, just like the game, and these forums, is done with the caveat that users follow the rules attached to the service. If those rules are broken, the provider has the right to inflict penalties, including revoking the right to use the service if the infraction is bad enough.

Besides, mod support isn’t even available on all platforms. It’s already a privilege enjoyed by only a part of the community.
