@Multigun, you are correct in what Funcom has said (or ‘not said’ in this case). But I was referring to ‘best practices’ when referencing ‘recommended’ for a post-patch gameplay (all computer games, not just CE). Sorry I didn’t make that more clear.

If your server comes up fine, no wipe needed. If it crashes while coming online, wipe it.

It is so funny. We all expect that exploits will be fis bugs will be fix and performance will improve :))) you will get non of this :)) nada. They just add content and base load faster. So i do not aspect this patch is nothing fix. I tested on testserver last night, all exploits are still there. If you build a masiv honecomb base it takes 3 mini to load you placebel (all you see is a fast load of exterior walls but inside is the same) lag is huge and fps drop from 80 to 20 inside the base speciali when it rais, and 80% of time it rains in N. So all we will get is new content and some fix that had been fix 3 times :)).
better to expect early next week. Has never been an god idea to release a major patch right next to weekend.

Nice to hear you gave us a definite date and time for the next patch. Even better that you guys released some last minute hot fixes on TestLive before weekend to test. Keep it up! 
Personally I’m glad it got put off for a week. One more weekend to stock up on god coins before the big zeal nerf!
Don’t put to much effort into it. Maybe they will wipe all zeal after patch.
They might or might not follow this request.

Surely that sidesteps the freedom of expression laws defined by most civilised governments as well as the universal declaration of human right laws…
The problem today is people are too easily offended, having been wrapped in cotton wool their entire lives never learnt to harden the f up! Frankly this offends me. (Note the irony)
I’m more offended at the term “cotton wool” since they are very different textiles; one coming from plants, and the othe– blah blah blah blah blah…
