Just some basic things i think would be great, so firstly being able to summon a basic skeleton from bones your pick up from creatures, because when your base gets destroyed and your in the desert, you don’t have a base to say make a zombie or golem, and if you have spent points mainly in Authority it would help to have something to summon. this creature would do damage similar to say Iron weapon? so its intended for lower level npc / beginner / raided and in the desert.

being able to use the ice bridge better - So after the ice bridge animation you place the ice bridge like a building piece so you can put it where you like the ice wont start to “melt” until it has been placed.

Or you just run straight back to mounds or new asagarth and open a few chests for a cheap hardened steel/star metal weapon and tool.

These magic things should be removed completely. The ice bridge, bat and such have destroyed the idea of pvp building.

Lucky for the rest of us, pvp isn’t the decider of what is and isn’t added. Sorcery as a whole was a fantastic content update, but I’m totally on board with a revisit - ideally we get the rest of the stats corruptible too

PVP implies there is a player versus another player. Not something left behind by another player.

This one very much likes the idea of a short term skelebro animated from scrap bones.
Would be an excellent temp followed and possibly bearer.

As far as the ice bridge, an I proved version could have merit, but this one would suggest making it a more advanced spell.
Fine control comes with greater mastery and a higher price.

Also, having build pieces that include sorcery as a prerequisites wouldn’t be the worst idea, if those build pieces are obviously meant to be unnatural.

Would be good to get some more sorcery options but please not the ones mentioned above, not a fan.

yeah the skeleton is a beginner summon you would use if you log on and your in the desert with like nothing, and would be useful for someone with mostly authority.

It would not be an improvement over the current ice bridge (so not a more powerful spell), so you would bring up the runes and select the stone and right after that you see the ice bridge as a placeable just like a building piece so you can place it and THEN you would see the ice bridge animate after you have selected the spot you want to place it, that is so you can know exactly the height and distance before you cast it, thats all.

That level of control is an improvement. It’s objective better than what we currently have. Sometimes something isn’t more advanced because it has more raw power, sometimes something is more advanced because it has greater finesse and precision.

Maybe, but not knowing the final shape and distance of the bridge and changing that to place it would be great, especially if you want to use the spell to climb up a cliff / hill etc.
