# When the server completes the loading screen, the message 'could not connect to the server. Your connection was lost.'

When the server completes the loading screen, the message ‘could not connect to the server. Your connection was lost.’ appears. This has been happening for several months on the LATAM servers. Please, I need support, as I really enjoy the game and have dedicated many hours to it.
