Come and join our community on our private server.
We have a very active server, lots of new players and they are all very nice players.
We have 3 active admins who will sort out issues like your one if/when Funcom mess up the game.
Our server is privately owned (not rented) and is dedicated to run just this ONE game and has been active for over a year now.
Even with the cross words between us - Mostly born from frustration Iām sure, you and your friends would be more than welcome.

I understand that bugs exists and errors are made.
But Iāve played lots of games where in case of bugs that impede good gameplay some āsorry packagesā are awarded.
Could be something simple like a chest with some hard to come by things like silver, gold, deamon blood, ā¦
If a chest is too difficult, just put it into the inventory.
As for the release, might be an idea to create a number of servers (10 maybe) that getās the release first.
If itās ok, then distribute it to all servers.
If not, patch first.

Well, yes, it is the 1st game in which I see so many bugs, so careless devs, so many fails on so many levels, nobody that replies to your posts no matter here or is support (from devs)ā¦ game idea is really good but it looks like they ordered from another company and they cannot handle the project. Iāve played tons of free games in which I was seeing less important bugs being fixed within hours and here the game is close to collapse and yet they are not replying anything or do anything for weeksā¦ if not months for other bugs. So yeah it is 1st game I see so much careless people doing nothing despite the fact itās not even free! List of bugsā¦ I need to write a full wall of text to count themā¦ you can see dozen of them just by reading 1st few posts on this forum. Nothing changes, no replies, no actions, nothingā¦

They are on holiday mate - all of them apparently. As I say, they wont reply to this thread however.

I agree but still I would enjoy to see them actually replying somewhereā¦ Iāve sent message in their support for more than 2 weeks and yet no reply as well. This is the interest they show to their customers? Interesting! There are tons of posts on this forum where they didnāt replied anything, how we can be sure they even read our posts?

Yes, I suppose that is what it appears to some when you do not wear some mantle of victimhood over a glitch in a video game, and suggest being emotionally controlled about it.
Edit: Flagging a post as offensive or abusive, when it addresses the specific negativity that can over run a the forum, isnāt offensive or abusive. All flagging it shows is some are trying to āgame the systemā of the forums, and have it called āunproductiveā to communication, to have it removed where someone pointed out how toxic much of the complaining over game bugs has gotten here. Users who cannot handle that the game has bugs, and take to the forums to overly vent, donāt get to call it āunproductiveā to have their over reactions criticized for what they are. They should be addressed, its the sunlight to address the infectent that such unchecked rage posting and negativity generation such posting becomes.
