Official server work when theres 5-6 people on, then the enemy Ai works as intended.

Half that could be a problem on your end. The public server I’m on regularly hits 20 with no real issues; other then a couple bases to avoid.
Thrall pathing can be a pain. It isn’t easy to do in any game.
Just how smart do you want your AI? old Nintendo or terminator?
Sandstorm still damages me.
I only see the 9999 when the server is actually down, regularly at 7:15AM for it’s restart.
