Yep, very odd to have only 1 spell for entire Demonology category, and no t1,t3 spells, only t2…
Given the size of it, I’d wager it’s more likely a summoned boss in one of the Witch Hunt encounters than it is something we would be able to get ourselves. Traditionally, a Wendigo used to be human but is turned into a monster through some sort of corruption. The demonology symbol emblazoned on it is likely to control or bind it.
Most players go around the exiled lands trying to survive, others are checking if everything they kill has genitalia… 
Little more on topic, i’d guess a pictish ritual/event boss?
