Where do I find lupin seeds?

Assuming you mean on Siptah, I believe it’s been reported that Grey-Flower Lupin is unavailable on Isle of Siptah (I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen that at some point).

(If you mean Exiled Lands - you can find them up high places in the desert, or quite a lot in the highlands.)

Yeah, to my knowledge grey lupin either doesn’t exist on Siptah or nobody has been able to find it yet that’s willing to report where it is.

If you’re in the Exiled lands, I know there’s a few bushes on the cliffs around the Tower of the Bat.
