Where do I see ticket responses?

I submitted a customer service ticket and today I got an email asking me to share my feedback about their service. As far as I know I never got any replies to my ticket so why are they asking how good their service was? I feel like I must be missing something

Automated feedback emails without actual responses is unfortunately common with overwhelmed support systems. They probably close tickets after a certain time period and trigger the survey automatically. The cynical reply about tickets going “straight to the bin” reflects the frustration many players have with gaming company support. Best bet is checking your spam folder first, then following up directly if you still need help with the original issue.

You should see any replies in your e-mail inbox. Try checking spam as well.
Unfortunately sometimes tickets fall through the cracks are and closed by the automated system.
If you still need support, feel free to make a new ticket and the support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
I believe currently they have a bit of a backlog of tickets to go through so response times may be delayed.
