I have a a pic from 2021 where I was actively playing the game on siptah and exile servers, but coming back to see the big update, cannot find many servers, I think the zendesk site is gone to ask for funcom server acccount questions?
The only official server I can currently see is 1746 that has an existing character, but I can’t find any of my other main characters. I used to play on Siptah servers 6158 and 6442, and I also had Exiled Lands characters on 1748 and a few others.
Does anyone know what happened to the Siptah‑only official servers? Were they merged into Exiled Lands servers, shut down, or moved somewhere else?
Most importantly, how can I locate my existing characters from both Siptah and Exiled Lands? Are they still recoverable?
