Where's this "database" for ID's?

Saw an older thread saying that I can admin in a purge to a specific clan using PurgeClan [Clan ID] in the command line, and the clan ID can be found in the “database”. I cannot find this database. Can anyone help me out here? Still fairly new to this game, especially the locations of info like this, so maybe I’m just overlooking it?

First, visit one of their bases, look at a building, and in the console type the command:
BuildingIdentify. It will give you the ID. See here:

BTW, it IS possible for an admin to manually trigger a purge for a clan, but you’ll need a little bit of info first to do this. OK, I gots abother questions about this command. If the server has purges turned off, will the PurgeClan command override it and summon a purge anyways or will the purge not happen?
