It’s still going on, for next 14 days I think, so you have chance to get it for yourself as well.
I didn’t catch the last year’s one, but it is going on again. What I did today, was just to create new Twitch account, liked CE and then put one a mute video with player who played this online, then thanked him for claiming the Twitch reward. 
The guy was nice and I watched him after that, maybe going to follow him. It’s really not that hard to get those. 
yeah but I should have it since I did the Xmas drops but I didn’t see it in the bench recipes. Although I didn’t check after the bunny drop was obtained so maybe it’s there now.
I claimed the reward, nothing there in Alchemy bench. So I just restarted the game and it was already there.
EDIT: I do believe tho that some people don’t have the recipes in their benches. I found out that the normal steel warhammers for golems are not in the list of the master blacksmith benches, so I have to build normal basic blacksmith to craft those.
I’ve followed the Conan exiles channel on twitch for quite a while, never watch, prefer to play. but that is me, I only check games on twitch to see live play before I buy.
Yeah I saw archivist screen shot of it guarding and like ‘wtf…how?’. Need to get on and see if it’s available now.

you have to link you twitch to your account by starting your game and bottom right side click link to twitch
Been linked to twitch and subbed to Conan on it for quite a while. I just very rarely watch twitch.
Edit to add: Had to go in to my account on twitch to claim it. I assume I have it now. But hot fix and a private severer. Not sure when it might be up, already been told it broke a mod.
I reconnected my Twitch account to my Conan Exiles profile, and all the “Watcher” stuff I should’ve received was there as well, I missed the Christmas ones unfortunately, but if you reconnect it should work
Finally managed to jump through all the correct hoops to get the savory fodder.
This could use a CodeMage tutorial. It’s not just a link it’s a chain, then I kept losing my my login window from Conan through steam to twitch, getting the code form my email to verify my login.
All that for a white bunny

I just made savory fodder, so it doesn’t appear to be missing in my game. What I don’t understand is HOW you “feed” it to the wild hare… ???

You don’t “feed” it to the Wild Hare, you craft it with the Savory Fodder in your inventory. Made a quick guide about all you need to know here, if it can help to see the various steps better:
