who normal gives info about errors in the game on official servers - when all players can take advantage of it during the game. There should be implicit in-game bug reporting.

there is a problem with the game mechanics but I will not give info on the server

You would be surprised how many people give details on the forums, despite the fact that teaching exploits is against the forum rules. You can report the exploit to the Zendesk or there is also an in-game system in place to report bugs/or abuse, your choice.
