Are there any differences or is this just a UI bug?
Looks like maybe the hound has two of the same as well?
Because there are multiple versions of the pet so there is a recipe for each one
4 different vanilla horses so 4 recipes for undead horse
It’s been that way with the black and white horse skins and other pet skins for pretty much ever

The game considers each color of horse a different item. So a brown horse needs a different recipe from a dappled horse (even though there are no actual differences other than the horse’s color). They end up producing the same sort of undead horsie.
