I actually like there is no rain in the highlands on my single player session. I like the sunny, blue skies. I used to have ONLY rain online in that area, it was pretty sad

be happy without the rain… once its there you will not like it so much. I live in the northern highlands and all it does is rain most of the time.
Did you run game since last update? it seems like fixed but not mentioned in patch notes for some reason
At least in single player, there’s no weather system. All sunny, and a bit overcast in the north. But it does work online, on the server I’ve played. Rain and lightning in the highlands, but no snow though.
