Will the new chapter will wipe all the server?

No, servers will not be wiped.

Funcom have stated, on several occasions, that no OFFICIAL servers will EVER be wiped. On private servers that is down to the admin / owner discretion.

Can you imagine what this place would be like if they wiped the public servers :scream_cat:

Naa, part of the reason for decay timer is so they don’t have to wipe.
