I’m not sure if what you typed here is English or not. The words are, but the sentence is questionable. That said, Droch-aon isn’t incorrect: while altering packet sizes/etc may reduce ping, nothing can guarantee it. The only way to identify where the actual problem is would be to run a traceroute to your server and run a whois on the IP that’s giving you issues. Unless the owner of that IP is hiding their identity it should tell you who the server is registered under and give you a better idea of who is at fault.

“Soonish…” is what I get for an answer when I ask them. 
Stopped asking and now wait for them to tell me… usually a couple of minutes to hours prior to an update.
