It sounds like something went very wrong with your installation and patching processes during all of this, as TSW should not be at 129 RDBdata files. The most RDBdata folders you might see in TSW might be in the upper 40s. SWL similarly is only going to reach the upper 40s. In both cases, a client that has not experienced every single accessible playfield and piece of content will usually have a count of RDBdata files somewhere in the 30s.

Duplications (or in your case, a triplication) occur when your RDB has become corrupted and it has to download fresh copies of all corrupted files.

As said before, the undefined project message in the Patcher.log exists for all player installs of TSW and SWL. The fact that your log stops there is because the subsequent lines of the patcher.log typically following it are associated with the patching/RDB verification process, which your launcher is failing spectacularly at and seems to stall by.

In fact, the next line in any Patcher.log should be the HTTPManager informing you that you have downloaded a LocalConfig.xml file.

What’s the status of your clients’ LocalConfig.xml files? They’re the file that tells the client where to patch to.
