Witch Hunter Encounters doesn't spawn after Feb 7th patch!

Platform: PlayStation 4 model CUH-1004A

Map: both Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah

Bug Description:
Witch Hunter Encounter doesn’t spawn anymore both in Single Player on Isle of Siptah and Exiled Lands and on official european PVE server on Isle of Siptah map.
I checked for Fire and Darkness encounters in Single Player on Isle of Siptah.
I checked for Darkness encounter on official european PVE server #8007.
I checked for Darkness encounter on Exiled Lands map.
None of them spawned in. Before latest Feb 7th 1.87 PS4 patch [3.0.8?] I had no issues with spawning Darkness, Fog and Lightning on Isle of Siptah Single Player. All of them worked as soon as I approached spawn location.
As for Siptah multiplayer I was kinda milking Darkness encounter and it was spawning every 5 minutes on official european PvE and PvE-C servers after killing Magi skull Sorcerer no problem .
As for Exiled Lands Single Player I also managed to spawn every one of them as soon as I approached spawn location.
Unfortunatley on official Exiled Lands european PVE #3033 server events doesn’t spawn as regular as on Siptah counterpart. In my experience it prolly spawns in one part of the map and stays there untill it’s clear out blocking spawning in rest of encounters for other players in other parts of the map. So I’m not even checking if this bug exists on Exiled Lands server because I don’t really have time to run acorss entire map especially when I don’t have network of transortatory stones on my server builded yet.
So if some opearates in areas I didn’t mention above and could check if event spawns in for them, please post it here. Thank you.
FunCrom please!? It’s last 3 weeks of Chapter II. I really need to step up my skull hunting grind and without Witch Hunter Encounter and Magi skulls grind just got triple harder!?

Simply approach Witch Hunter Encounter spawn locations in any mode on any server.

Hi @Caroll @Dana is FunCrom aware of this issue “Witch Hunt Encounters are not spawning after latest February 7th patch”? I was praying for this skull grind to end but not exactly in a way it is now lol
