Witchqueen not triggered and character trapped inside dungeon

Game mode: Online
Problem: Bug
Region: Private PvP Server UK, no mods

Entered witch queen dungeon, killed both guards, nothing happened, can’t go back, doors do not open, trapped, awesome gear and loot lost…thanks!

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Enter witchqueen temple
  2. Kill guards
  3. Enjoy being trapped to death

Our group has had that occur before - we fixed it by having one member log out and log back in - they were able to leave the room and then re-enter - the hitch there was that the event re-triggered, with double everything - four statues and two witch queens. Did allow us to get out of there though.
