With new update , do u fix act of violence?

I hope that with new ( in my opinion beautiful) patch of December, you funcom will fix act of violence because it ruined sane PvP .
All players , weaks players too, try just to oneshot enemies with this stupid bug weapons.
I hope this more of all!
