Since funcom is saying yes we know there is an issue, and well we are getting around to it. Some of us sit and wait… No worries, anyone who has played a funcom game knows, anytime they do anything, it messes up lots of other stuff. BUT…

I wonder how many people got “duped” into buying more coins to try and clear their “ban”. Because basically funcom is in reality out right stealing for those who dont know better.

I wonder if there is grounds to say, " I was out right lied to about an issue, and to “solve” the issue was told I had to spend money. When in reality I did not. The company was just falsifying information"

We all logged into a game that had an issue, and often times if its major, they post a login screen saying btw we know theres an issue… But here they are just letting it go and telling people , to fix it our mess up … YOU MUST PAY for it…

Given its a bug, and yes it does look like ransom, kind of. I think this was meant against those that pirated the currency. But some bug caused it to attack many innocent players. While funcom did make money off of it. The very least, people can do for those that payed it, well they should have went to support instead. I’m certain funcom will like look into like transactions related to the bug, and maybe reemberse some crom coins. I think funcom has done that before, in a way.

This is what happens when you get in bed with the CCP.

People/Things ‘disappear’ and you aren’t allowed to talk about it…

TBH, With the amount of ‘fails’ Funcom has had since it went major owned by Tencent, a cynical person would think this is just an extension of Cold War actions between the East and the West.

Is there a way to check the coin balance without the game client?

I wonder if the client misunderstands the balance talked by the servers.

Or if the transaction database is a messed up at all. That would be a real pity, as Tencent got pulled in to finally get business going.
