Wolf mini-boss spawns stuck in a rock

From @SweetiePy again, similair to another one with thralls spawning inside the rock somewhere else. (Which I reported previously and was taken up by the team)

You can still get hit by it btw. (as shown)

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Go to this location.
  2. See if something is stuck inside the rock.
  3. Go through the effort of trying to test this out a few times.
