Workbenchs/Wheels losing Stability randomly

Bug Description:

Workbenches are randomly losing ‘stability’ and disappearing without any interference from players

Bug Reproduction:

Nothing at all - The server log just identifies that a workbench lost stability and it will disappear. Sometimes 1 bench sometimes two - all items on them go with it.

I will note that we have Decay deactivated on the server and the server is only active while we are playing.
