Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game?

My usual troubleshooting tips are as follows:
1- Exit the game, use the start button to quit it from the main menu, wait a few seconds and reload the game
2- If that doesn’t work, then quit the game again, and hard reboot the xbox (hold the power button down until it fully shuts down, then unplug the xbox for 10-15 seconds to drain the capacitors, then plug it back in and try loading the game)
3- If all else fails, uninstall, hard-reboot the system, reinstall, then try it.

If all of these steps fail, then it’s likely an issue with your xbox and/or ISP corrupting the download files
