One of my tribe mates as not been able to log in into the NA official servers, now for over one month. We have tried all possible solutions and nothing as worked.
The strange thing is that He can log into NA private servers and EU official and private servers!!!
Is he located outside of NA? The servers have been location blocked to prevent people abusing outside their region.
He is in Brazil , so his server region should be NA

I’m sorry for the delayed response. The only reason they would be blocked from these servers is a maximum ping allowed by the server.
But those ping filters were turned off a few months back. Exactly because of that. Please keep them off
