Id file a support ticket with Microsoft.
I’m sorry if you bought the game to play in single player mode but you probably wasted your money it has ben 4 updates since I reported the same bug it seems that funcom is not going to fix it any time soon we are not important customers they have swindled us out of our money and if you complain too much on this forum they will censor your posts and call it maintaining community standard’s I hope you reed this before funcom makes it disappear
