Bug Description:

When finishing a monster that is close to a wall, while you are on a platform that is above the monster, you can clip into the wall and get stuck. This happened in Acheron in the underground railway section

Steps to Reproduce:

Step 1: Stand on a platform that is above the monster
Step 2: Get the monster into a staggered state
Step 3: Get close to the edge of the platform and finish the monster
Step 4: You should now have teleported to the platform below, however you’re in a wall instead of being free
