perhaps; while DLC items still require the respective free/base knowledge - DLCs do not; the Nemedian Epic Armor still needs level 60 and Exile Epics armor to be crafted
Vanir Chieftain Hammer epic also do not need the level 60 and the Star Metal Mace knowledge - its base/free counterpart (and yes, I see it on my non-modded Siptah playthrough)
lowkey P2W by 4-6 levels and a sizeable amount of knowledge points considering it’s an upgrade with blacksmith compared to a naked star metal mace with reduced durability you pick up

Really disappointed with this refresh. Was hoping for either the aesir raider chieftain bundle or the stygian commander bundle. Not bundles that have made an appearance already
