It seems you’re trying to play on a PC using the game pass. Can you, please, follow the [bug report template](https://forums.funcom.com/t/new-bug-report-template/200967/4) and post it on the PC bug reports section?

Provide as much information as possible and don’t forget to verify your game pass online settings since it seems to related to those.
