Zath's avatar is glitched or super nerfed?

hi, first off, sorry for my bad writing. i wanted to ask if zath’s avatar could get a little tweak. because it does no damage with the acid attack to anything that isnt a player or a player structure, i dont know if this is intended or it is a glitch. i really like zath and it is really unfair that every other avatar works fine against creatures and npcs with their insta-kills. please can this be fixed, or is it a glitch? thanks
