I reported an illegal player to zendesk.
zendesk said they would handle it according to their guidelines.
It has been 10 days since I reported the player to zendesk and the player is repeating the illegal activity every day.
I witnessed it again today.
I have contacted zendesk and have not received a response.
Is it going to take an enormous amount of time to punish the illegal player even if I submit a video with unquestionable proof?
Or…
I know you don’t think so, but is funcom not interested in cracking down on illegal activities?
I’m sick and tired of bad players who repeatedly commit illegal acts without any regard for the inconvenience to other players.
Please take action as soon as possible.
