# Zendesk Down? Link broken?

They do not seem to be using Zendesk anymore. I am not sure why they never made any announcements about it and just left it up to players to figure out on their own…

It’s really confusing - I had to hunt around and Google just to figure out how to send a report (Official servers down for _days_), and have still not received a response days later.
