0,0,0 still occupied with thralls

So today I tried to kill a random humanoid near the aqueduct and the server started stalling…
Disconnect…
NO! I got teleported to 0,0,0 where many thralls were stagged on each other.
Unfortunately I got killed in that mess.
No problem though, got all my stuff back by recalling my corpse.

But, there are still thralls, or inn visitors teleported to 0,0,0. So what I could gather from that event was that this is still a problem. No fix in sight.

I’m not even going to bother with a bug report at this point.

Tavern patrons you attack and let disappear, or presumably knock out and disappear are teleported to that area of the map. In Isle of Siptah, they get sent to a far corner of the map with no known way for players to reach them.

They might be existing thralls that were there from the original bug. I added some fences to protect the thralls. The tavern visitors were fixed at least on the official server I’m on (they used to appear briefly and then disappeared).

No new ones have appeared since the original fix and the tavern fix were in place.

But there were still about 5-6 from the original issue that nobody came and picked up to take back to their base.

After however many months of protecting them, I have led wolves and enemy thralls in there and have now killed off the thralls that nobody wanted to pick up.

So now it’s empty. I’ll leave it up for a bit yet just to see if thralls show up. But it’s been quiet

I have been going to 0,0,0 twice every week since the Age of Heroes update.

Since the May update that fixed tavern patrons going there, it has been mostly empty.

I have seen a single thrall there on a couple of visits, but the thrall would disappear soon after I arrived. It appeared to be a regular placed thrall though, not a tavern patron. I do not know who it belongs to or where it goes when it disappears, but I have not seen it again in my last couple visits there.

0,0,0 is the null coordinates, so if there is ever a case where something’s coordinates return as null, it will go to 0,0,0. Since the game is not perfect, I suspect there will always be times when something returns null coordinates for some random reason and goes off to 0,0,0. The server crashing possibly being one such case.

what I found actually interesting was, that I (my character) was teleported there into the middle of the NPCs hovering (last thing I saw). Thinking a bit about it, I concluded that I got killed by the fall.

I just wanted to see if anybody else’s character was ever teleported to 0,0,0 after attacking a random mob.
If that becomes a regular thing now… wow! whole new level of glitches and bugs.

0,0,0 has been a source of bugs from day 1, and not only in Conan, but numerous other games as well. Null coordinates having bugs associated with it is actually extremely common in games.

so other player characters have been teleported there before?

I have not heard of that specific bug happening before, but prior to 0,0,0 entering the common knowledge with Age of Heroes, the most serious bug was if someone built on top of it, it would prevent anyone else on the server from being able to place thralls.
