1039 Down does not revive. Please fix.
Server crashes ( everyday?) leaving players fully loaded all over the map.
Common: PING 9999
Every day?
Could you look into that?
You can easily restart your steam and the 9999 ping is gone. There is no need for a server restart.
The issue is on Client side and not on server side.

Its running again.
i could not login for about 45 mins.
Switched accounts to check, so steam restart is implied.
A pc restart did not help either.
