2 of my 3 Dedicated Servers wont start after update

Exiled Lands and Siptah wont start, even after removing all mods, Even verify files shows good, but trying to start it gives Status 0 error
Savage Lands Server with Mods updated and started just fine,
something wrong with Siptah and Exiled Lands

I heard the executables had a name change, try the newest DSL version 1.7.1.
