Everyone I know is unable to log in. Not even an hour or two.

You’ll need to submit a ticket at → Zendesk, Click me! ←
Report your server by selecting “server performance” from the drop down menu and providing #number/platform so the tech staff can determine what’s wrong.

thanks.
I have already done it, but Zendesk only replied that they would forward it to the appropriate department. Of course, the problem is still unresolved.
